Paying a gift in Will
All gifts in Wills are looked after by our bequest administration team at the PA Research Foundation. They are the only people authorised to give a proper receipt and discharge to executors.
Gifts for the specific area of healthcare should still be sent to this address. PA Research Foundation will make sure that the funds are designated for the purpose specified in the Will.

If you’re a solicitor and have been asked to include a gift to PA Research Foundation in a Will, you may find the following wording helpful:
“I give, free of all duties and taxes, the residue of my estate/ % of my estate/ amount of $ or my units/shares in …? or my real property located at..with title reference.. to PA Research Foundation, ABN 66 114 027 649, of Building 1, Princess Alexandra Hospital, 199 Ipswich Road, Woolloongabba QLD 4102. The receipt of the Chief Executive Officer for the time being of PA Research Foundation is an absolute discharge to my executor”.
